A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Delivery Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining contact with candidates and resolving any service issues
- Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts while meeting business development goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets
- Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements to identify qualified candidates
- Experience utilizing job boards and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Ability to collaborate across the organization and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
