Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Full Cycle Recruiter for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales
• Source candidates actively and maintain a strong pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startup environments
• Strong background in hiring for technical and GTM roles
• Experience with ATS platforms and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
