Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startup environments
- Strong background in hiring for technical and GTM roles
- Experience with ATS platforms and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
