Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace and engineering roles
- Experience in achieving Talent Acquisition KPIs and hiring goals
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to aerospace and defense sectors
