A company is looking for a Volunteer Engagement Representative II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute volunteer programs and services to enhance volunteer engagement and retention
- Conduct volunteer needs assessments and align goals with stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and recognition efforts for volunteers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of volunteer programs and policies preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
