Job Summary

A company is looking for a Volunteer Engagement Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute volunteer programs and services to enhance volunteer engagement and retention
• Conduct volunteer needs assessments and align goals with stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and recognition efforts for volunteers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of volunteer programs and policies preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
