Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the talent operations strategy for scalable, data-driven hiring
- Own and optimize the Greenhouse ATS for best-in-class configuration and usability
- Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Talent, HR, or Business Operations with a focus on systems and process design
- Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS
- Proven success in managing TA tech ecosystems and system integrations
- Experience implementing and scaling AI recruiting tools and workflow automation
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau
