A company is looking for a Compliance National Practice Lead - Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze State & Federal regulations impacting employee benefits and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop technical tools and training materials for compliance support and assist in training benefit service teams
- Respond to compliance inquiries and establish standards for workflows and processes in collaboration with the operations team
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in compliance or employee benefits
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure and tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in providing training and presentations related to compliance topics
