Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to support compensation projects and programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform activities related to the development and administration of compensation programs
- Design and maintain salary structures, manage compensation projects, and conduct job evaluations
- Provide compensation analysis and reporting, and deliver training to managers and leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation analysis, design, and administration
- Experience in creating and maintaining salary structures and managing company-wide projects
- Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and experience with Workday preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and proven financial and business acumen
