Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to support compensation projects and programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform activities related to the development and administration of compensation programs
  • Design and maintain salary structures, manage compensation projects, and conduct job evaluations
  • Provide compensation analysis and reporting, and deliver training to managers and leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation analysis, design, and administration
  • Experience in creating and maintaining salary structures and managing company-wide projects
  • Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and experience with Workday preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven financial and business acumen
