- Act as a strategic compensation partner supporting the Global Revenue and Marketing Organizations
- Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align compensation programs with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive compensation partner experience with deep subject matter expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated ability in compensation market analysis, plan design, and pay administration
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Workday HCM strongly preferred
