Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in human resources, project management, or related fields
- HR certification preferred
- Experience in data analysis and operations is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage complex performance management and employee relations issues
