Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process leave of absence transactions using various systems
- Provide customer service and support to associates regarding leave of absence inquiries
- Communicate with internal partners and vendors to ensure smooth administration of LOAs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Leave of Absence administration and knowledge of related federal and state laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with PeopleSoft
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge relevant to the role
