Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels while maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of human resources principles, recruitment best practices, and employment laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
