A company is looking for an SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features for ongoing operations
- Leverage knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with HR and payroll processes and data to contribute to project success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience as a Systems Integration Business Analyst
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes
- Ability to work in a full-time remote capacity
- Alignment to a major facility is preferred
