A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive design
- Lead payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integration with internal systems
- Drive compensation cycles and oversee governance of the Company Incentive Plan (CIP)
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in global rewards, benefits, and payroll in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
- Direct experience in a startup setting with rapid iteration and lean methodologies
- Strong global payroll knowledge and compliance expertise
- Bachelor's degree required; CCP, CEBS, or related certifications preferred
- Proven ability to design and govern incentive programs
