A company is looking for a Counselor-RS.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts telephonic triage and assessment, providing immediate support to members on various issues
- Coordinates and completes case management of intakes and makes clinical determinations
- Consults with Human Resources and service providers regarding employee issues and maintains professional documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, or related field)
- 5 years of experience as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor or equivalent behavioral health clinical experience
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Certified HR Professional, or Certified EAP Counselor preferred
- Active, current, and unrestricted license in the state employed may be required for face-to-face counseling
- Intermediate proficiency using Windows-based programs and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
