Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting across a range of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, with at least 5 years in a tech company
• Proven ability to source and engage top talent across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring targets
