Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, with at least 5 years in a tech company
- Proven ability to source and engage top talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring targets
