Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compensation to manage its compensation function and provide strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee base salary design and administration, including annual merit planning and job evaluation
  • Lead the design and optimization of incentive compensation programs to align with business priorities
  • Support strategic compensation projects with advanced modeling and analysis for executive decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in corporate compensation, including designing incentive and sales compensation plans
  • Certified Sales Comp Professional (CSCP) and/or Certified Comp Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Proficiency in compensation management software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
