Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst/Manager Benefits Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Assist with vendor oversight and benefit plan data analysis to ensure consistent plan administration
- Manage implementation of new benefit programs and lead ongoing benefits projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CEBS or similar certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or compliance, with at least 5 years as a Benefits Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefit laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with UKG preferred
- Proven ability to manage vendors and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
