Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screening interviews and assess talent to generate qualified candidates
- Consult with hiring managers on talent needs and assist throughout the hiring process
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies while maintaining compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Knowledge of interview assessment techniques and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
- PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Experience in managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
