Licensed EAP Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic screening and referral, along with short-term clinical support to employees and their families
• Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis support, including safety planning and connection to urgent resources
• Document all interactions accurately and adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention settings
• A professional license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW)
• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
• Knowledge of EAP and solution-focused interventions
