Job Summary
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic screening and referral, along with short-term clinical support to employees and their families
- Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis support, including safety planning and connection to urgent resources
- Document all interactions accurately and adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality policies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention settings
- A professional license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW)
- Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
- Knowledge of EAP and solution-focused interventions
