Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Workers Compensation to oversee claims and risk management in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the workers' compensation program, including report generation and employee training
• Investigate accidents and injuries, process claims, and recommend loss control strategies
• Compile and analyze comprehensive reports for effective management of claims and risk data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience preferred
• Experience with Workers' Compensation or safety incidents in a corporate, carrier, or TPA setting is required
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for health and safety plans in the workplace
• Ability to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
• Experience with leave processes including FMLA and ADA
