Key Responsibilities
- Administer new leave of absence claims and manage communications with employees and HR
- Review policy manuals for compliance with laws and implement process improvements
- Conduct audits, facilitate Interactive Process meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a coordinator or administrator
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
