Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leaves Specialist II to join their Benefits Leaves of Absence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer new leave of absence claims and manage communications with employees and HR
  • Review policy manuals for compliance with laws and implement process improvements
  • Conduct audits, facilitate Interactive Process meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a coordinator or administrator
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
