Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and implement employee strategies for change management and engagement
- Provide strategic HP support aligned with business initiatives and growth plans
- Consult with leaders on succession planning, job design, and workforce development strategies
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field and five years of professional-level experience in human resources
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- Experience in interpreting personnel policy and managing employee issues
- Continued pattern of learning and growth in career
