Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support its People functions and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment and coordination with benefits brokers
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS platform
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations
  • Proven experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling and Workable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
