Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment and coordination with benefits brokers
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS platform
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations
- Proven experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling and Workable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
