- Drive integration of knowledge management tools with HRIS to enhance information access and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in HR operations or global systems implementation
- Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations
- Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and global compliance
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and SQL
- Proven success in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams
