A company is looking for a Junior People Partner, Payroll & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment processes, data accuracy, and employee inquiries
- Conduct compliance audits and maintain payroll tax accounts to ensure adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multi-state or global environment
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Experience with PEO and ASO payroll models strongly preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Rippling
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and data management
