• Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manages project budgets and plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with HR projects
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project)
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management within a project setting
