Key Responsibilities

- Builds and maintains relationships with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manages project budgets and plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with HR projects
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project)
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management within a project setting
