Job Summary
A company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on policies and employee relations to employees and managers
- Coach managers on fair, values-aligned people practices throughout the employee lifecycle
- Drive and support People & Culture programs, including engagement, performance, and development
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a generalist or advisory role
- Knowledge of Canadian employment law and some experience with U.S. regulations
- Experience with HR systems and digital tools, such as BambooHR or Lattice
- A CHRP or similar HR certification is an asset
