A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage initial and re-credentialing application processes, including primary source verification of credentials
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with Medical Staff and health plan offices to ensure accurate credentialing files
- Serve as a liaison and mentor for Credentialing Coordinator I employees
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Four years of experience in a similar role, including one year in credentialing and MSOW applications
- Experience in regulatory compliance related to credentialing standards
- Experience in medical staff structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; CPCS certification preferred
