A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies and ensure consistent application across the organization
- Conduct and lead complex investigations related to employee issues, preparing summaries and recommendations
- Advise business leaders on resolving employee relations matters and mitigating risk to the company
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of HR experience
- 5+ years managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations end-to-end
- Excellent knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations
- MBA/MA or JD preferred
- Global experience preferred
