Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the benefits administration team while collaborating with HR and executive leadership to align benefits strategies
  • Design and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs, managing various plans and overseeing the annual enrollment process
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, manage vendor relationships, and analyze benefits data for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields required
  • Seven (7) + years of experience in benefits management with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of trends and workplace care settings
  • Proficiency with benefit platforms, HRIS systems, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of benefit-related laws and regulations such as ERISA and FMLA
