Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the benefits administration team while collaborating with HR and executive leadership to align benefits strategies
- Design and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs, managing various plans and overseeing the annual enrollment process
- Ensure compliance with regulations, manage vendor relationships, and analyze benefits data for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields required
- Seven (7) + years of experience in benefits management with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of trends and workplace care settings
- Proficiency with benefit platforms, HRIS systems, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of benefit-related laws and regulations such as ERISA and FMLA
