Job Summary
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Analyst to join their HRIS team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary admin support for SuccessFactors across all modules (except LMS)
- Provide Tier 1-3 support: triage and manage tickets, investigate root causes, and resolve issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally to diagnose and troubleshoot issues through the system
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors administration experience
- Strong experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules (LMS not required)
- Solid understanding of system troubleshooting, configuration, and ticket management
- Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools: Canvas and Table
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables independently
