- Source and help close high-caliber talent in both the US and Australia
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles at startups or high-growth companies
- Experience across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or people functions
- Ability to juggle multiple searches while maintaining a thoughtful and personal approach
- Organized and comfortable working autonomously across time zones
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
