Key Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for business-side roles across various functions and levels
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and build effective processes
• Source and help close high-caliber talent in both the US and Australia

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles at startups or high-growth companies
• Experience across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or people functions
• Ability to juggle multiple searches while maintaining a thoughtful and personal approach
• Organized and comfortable working autonomously across time zones
• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
