A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Specialist (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits education and enrollment
- Provide detailed information on various employee benefits plans and assist with enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions in an Oracle-based system and collaborate with the Corporate Benefits team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry
- Proficient in M365; knowledge of Oracle-based inquiry management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
