Job Summary
A company is looking for a Divisional HR Business Partner - Veterinary.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and communicate roles and responsibilities to enhance engagement among line managers and associates
- Guide and train hospital teams on executing P&O policies and processes, utilizing behavioral science and change management theories
- Support and execute annual P&O processes, including talent and compensation reviews and associate engagement surveys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related function, with four years of business experience
- Knowledge of Talent & Performance Management, Engagement, and Organizational Design & Development
- HR training or certification preferred
- Background in healthcare-related fields preferred
