- Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and ability to navigate difficult conversations
- Proven ability to build high-quality talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills in evolving and ambiguous environments
- Willingness to take ownership of the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing
