• Evaluate talent rigorously and accurately while communicating candidate profiles and scorecards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or business-strategy role
• Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Proven ability to build high-quality talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills in evolving and ambiguous environments
• Willingness to take ownership of the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing
