Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counsel on compensation issues to management and HR staff
- Conduct job analysis for FLSA exemption and salary grade assignment
- Design, analyze, and administer short-term variable pay programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting preferred
- 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of compensation practices and FLSA standards
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
- Previous experience with Workday or similar human capital management technology
