A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert counsel on compensation issues to management and HR staff
  • Conduct job analysis for FLSA exemption and salary grade assignment
  • Design, analyze, and administer short-term variable pay programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation practices and FLSA standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
  • Previous experience with Workday or similar human capital management technology
