Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Claims Associate Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Absence Claims Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans, resource allocation strategies, and performance targets for the department
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency
- Lead and oversee complex departmental projects from initiation to successful completion
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in absence management or disability management in a corporate or consulting environment required
- 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
