Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter (Independent Medical Examinations).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified Physicians and medical professionals
• Coordinate with medical professionals to gather necessary documentation and credentials
• Proactively engage in cold calling to potential physicians for the panel

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proven work experience as a Physician Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare recruitment
• Effective time management skills to handle competing priorities
• Ability to work in a professional home office environment with a stable Wi-Fi connection
• Experience in the IME industry is a plus
