Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Research and communicate changes to employment and labor law, ensuring compliance across the organization
- Manage HR performance processes and support employee engagement and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of employment law and compliance
- Experience managing HR operations for a multi-state, remote healthcare workforce
- Proficiency in running payroll, benefits, and tax compliance
- Experience with HR systems such as Rippling or similar
- Ability to balance strategic planning with execution effectively
