A company is looking for a Staff People Business Partner, Go-To-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to VP+ leaders across the GTM organization
- Drive alignment between GTM business priorities and people strategy
- Leverage data to diagnose challenges and shape scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Sr. HRBP role
- Previous experience at the Sr. Manager or Head of People level
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Strong track record of translating business goals into people strategies
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market teams is preferred
