Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update physician records, negotiate fees, and expand the physician panel
• Onboard new physicians by collecting documentation and collaborating on contract terms
• Assist physician reviewers with inquiries and ensure network coverage aligns with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Equivalent transferable skills may be considered
• Prior experience in a healthcare or insurance business environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks and medical specialties
