Key Responsibilities
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines while fostering relationships with passive candidates
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines using iCIMS ATS
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
- Proficient in sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and committed to continuous learning
- Strong teamwork ethic and dedication to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
