Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and conduct orientation
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and perform audits of HR records
• Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resource management
• Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
