Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and conduct orientation
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and perform audits of HR records
- Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resource management
- Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
