Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee high-volume recruiting efforts for Clinical Operations and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform and optimize high-volume hiring processes for non-exempt and exempt roles
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align talent strategies with business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3 years in high-volume non-exempt recruiting
  • Strong ability to develop recruitment strategies and work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for process improvement
