Key Responsibilities
- Transform and optimize high-volume hiring processes for non-exempt and exempt roles
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align talent strategies with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3 years in high-volume non-exempt recruiting
- Strong ability to develop recruitment strategies and work cross-functionally
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for process improvement
