Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner and consultant to managers and leaders on various HR topics
- Provide coaching on employee relations and support talent initiatives
- Analyze people data to identify trends and develop action plans with leaders
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Strong foundation in employee lifecycle areas, including performance management and employee relations
- Experience in coaching and collaborating with managers at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Data-driven with experience using HR metrics to provide insights
