Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and manage candidate logistics
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in job postings and sourcing
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Human Resources Coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
