Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Partner to manage client relationships and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HR partnership for assigned client groups, providing support to managers and employees
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders on onboarding, engagement, performance, and employee development
- Work cross-functionally with HR Centers of Expertise to support compensation planning, recruiting, and talent programs
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or People Partner)
- Comfort and confidence working with employees and managers at all levels
- Strong judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple clients and projects
