Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with leaders and the People Team
- Lead and program manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring
- Proactively source candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Five years of recruiting experience supporting high volume and corporate roles
- Previous program recruitment experience
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data
