Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and coordinate payroll and leave management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Canva, HR systems, AI tools, and Slack
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in startup, healthcare, and/or PEO environments is a plus
