Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new employees
- Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and coordinate payroll and leave management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Canva, HR systems, AI tools, and Slack
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in startup, healthcare, and/or PEO environments is a plus
