Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives
- Oversee core HR processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Act as an escalation point for performance-related issues and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated HR solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including management of HR business partnering functions
- Experience supporting and influencing leaders at all levels
- Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term relationships
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
